RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with its original packaging, accessories, tags, and proof of purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or a video of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue.

REFUND

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without their original packaging and accessories may not be eligible for a return.

RETURN SHIPPING

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, Thenexoro will provide appropriate return instructions.

For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by Thenexoro, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

CANCELLATION

Order cancellation requests should be made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
